We are a company based in the North West, dedicated
to providing an excellent quality, bespoke service, to all of our clients.
Cross Construction was established in 1978 by the Managing Director, who started with the purchase and renovation of a single terraced house on Cross Street, Brierfield (hence the name Cross Construction). This house was then let out and is still currently on rent, proving our commitment to providing a well established, reliable, quality service.
Since 1978, more houses were purchased and the property portfolio continues to expand.
Cross Construction is an approved contractor with a variety of local councils, including Pendle Borough Council, Burnley Borough Council and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. We are also approved contractors with a variety of established housing associations, throughout the North West and have undertaken extensive refurbishment schemes for our private housing sector clients.
Cross Construction is also a member of the Federation of Master Builders.
Since 1978, we have undertaken a variety of repair and refurbishment schemes throughout the North West, including initial grant approved work and block repair and refurbishment schemes. Hundreds of houses have been renovated over the years to specifications suited to our clients.
Since 1996, we started our own exclusive developments throughout the North West. These range from a combination of luxury apartments, spacious town houses and high quality barn conversions. We also have a considerable amount of experience in the renovation of historic buildings, restoring them to their former glory. In addition we are experienced developers of commercial and industrial properties throughout the region.
We have a substantial number of directly employed, full-time skilled tradesmen covering the whole spectrum of building services. Our employees are highly skilled and rewarded accordingly. Our commitment and work ethic is such that, a number of our key staff have been working with us for over 25 years.
Cross Rentals (CR Ltd) was formed in 2000 and is an associated company specialising in the rental sector, with high quality residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties available to let throughout the region, on flexible terms and extremely competitive prices. CR Ltd is a member of the East Lancashire Landlord’s Association.
